Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector

The Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector, as the chief auditor for the State, is responsible for auditing the financial accounts of all government agencies within Oklahoma. The State Auditor and Inspector also performs performance audits and special investigative audits upon request by certain state officials and upon petition by citizens. The mission of the Oklahoma State Auditor is to "independently serve the citizens of Oklahoma by promoting accountability and fiscal integrity in state and local government".
