      Title: Live Births by Place of Delivery   Description: The place of birth (POB) is the place where a person was born. This place is often used in legal documents, together with name and date of birth, to uniquely identify a person. Percentage of live births disaggregated by population with No Education and population with more than 12 years of education. Live birth refers to the complete expulsion or extraction from its mother of a product of conception, irrespective of the duration of the pregnancy, which, after such separation, breathes or shows any other evidence of life - e.g. beating of the heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord or definite movement of voluntary muscles - whether or not the umbilical cord has been cut or the placenta is attached.
